Hey Handsome

Hey everyone! We're halfway through the weekdays, yay!

I guess I really must be enjoying creating masculine stuff at the moment as I'm back with something masculine again today!

What do you think? I'm still trying to make my mind up, but I think I like it!

Things that are different with this card for me are that:

  • it is completely one layer
  • I almost used no PTI at all - if A:Muse had a dark enough grey it would have been a PTI-less card!
  • It is somehow both grunge and CAS at once, when those things don't usually go. :-S
Anyway...

I started with a Clear and Simple Stamps' Pressed Griege Linen card base (er, hello, this is my new favourite neutral - I love it!!). I then stamped the grainy image from Skipping Stones Design's Grunge 2 set using A:Muse Pebble and Seattle inks.

Nxt I stamped the filmstrip frame using A:Muse Cherry ink and added the chevrons from Mama Elephant's On Target set using Seattle ink. Next I added the hello banner from Neat & Tangled's On The Strip set using A:Muse Titian ink.

Finally, I added the sentiment from Skipping Stones Design's Grunge 2 set using a mix of A:Muse Titian and PTI Smokey Shadow inks, and added the arrow from On Target using Smokey Shadow ink (stamped off once). A couple of little splatters from the Skipping Stones Design's Grunge set (not Grunge 2), stamped in Seattle ink, finished it all off!

I would love to know what you think of this card. I will hopefully be back with something feminine tomorrow! See you then, thanks for stopping by!

Great card. I bet it's even better to see it in one's hand; I'd love to see it in the flesh before some catties get their paws on it :P
