Hi!

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

I'm bringing you a cute quirky hello card today:

Funky huh?! I really love how this turned out! Retro and fashionable all at once!

I started with a Stamper's Select White card base and stamping the lady from the Crafty Secrets' Coffee and Tea set using Dark Chocolate ink.

Next I die cut a speech bubble using the XCut Speech Bubble dies. I stamped the pattern from Background Basics: Houndstooth using Raspberry Fizz ink and inked the edges with Dark Chocolate ink.

I then stamped the letters from Recollectioms' Grunge Double set onto Ocean Tides crdstock using Dark Chocolate ink. I trimmed the letters out and adhered to the speech bubble using Pinflair Glue Gel, and adhered the bubble to the base using the same.

I hope you're all having a lovely week. Personally I can't wait for the weekend where I can get some proper crafty time in! There's a bunch of challenges I want to try my hand at! Thanks so much for stopping by, hope to see you again soon!

Hee hee. I totally love this card, Taheerah! The stamp always cracks me up, and I love the houndstooth. BTW, I came from seeing your link on FB (since you mentioned how people find blogs). *hugs*
